Just another creative session sprung from the sound formula creatives + booze + stuff we’re willing to sacrifice for design. Something for the X-mas season, or even better, let Rudolph light up your August dusk.

And the days stood still.
Not so much activity here lately? Well, the style guru duo aint the same duo if we aint together, so it’s high time I get my sad ass over to the country of footie, afternoon tea and dry gin. From next week London will be my new playground. Look out for the original style gurus – TrendGiveAfuck at your service.

I was visiting this vintage market on Brick Lane the other day. Had a conversation with this guy about interesting clothes to wear, like these mad pair of boots he actually was selling but unfortunately didn’t fit me.
It took me a good amount of time before I noticed that he was wearing clothes older than myself, including a top hat! Surely, being so confident in his own style that strangers don’t even notice him dressing a bit different is pure TrendGiveAfuck!

This is Kimono, our potential TrendGiveAfuck Core Team Member #3. Makes jewels, runs after boys and sews clothes – you will see more of her on this site, that’s for sure!

Banksy, a well-known street artist whose work can likely be found in all major cities, but especially everywhere in London -- now on film!

Shunt is a gigantic cellar themed pub, it’s entrance through a small door right in London Bridge underground station. Three bars, many chairs sofas and tables, fresh and damp air (it used to be a wine storage), short film cinema, experimental music, still image and object art standing or hanging here and there.
I went there without much expectation, except for the tempo to rise after twelve or something, which, unfortunately, didn’t happen before I got too tired and went home. The club seOne, a really captain club under London Bridge, had similar huge cellar vaults but is now closed
I did enjoy the very cozy place of Shunt and spent a couple of hours there, enjoying the magnificent atmosphere and mixed-form art, and look forward to going there again, now without expectation for tempo. Perhaps they will surprise with some lounge music next time

TK Maxx, United Kingdom, is taking clothes donations from 5th to 25th of April! Earnings from clothes collected and sold will go to Cancer Research UK. Click here to visit their page
For the really trendy ones, TK Maxx also has a Celebrity Auction on eBay, if you want to buy the REALLY posh cloths worn by someone famous, you know, those who buy one outfit for £1.000.000.000.000, wears it just one evening, and usually throws it away.
TK Maxx isn’t the only shop selling 2nd hand clothes, and not the only one taking clothes donations. Personally I think they are just trying to earn some false good will to attract more bohemian customers.
